Invoices are emailed between the 25th and 28th of the month prior to the month being billed eg. by the 27th March for April's service. Kindly be mindful of any delays in Krypton Web receiving your payment such as any bank transfers, weekends & public holidays delays, and one day for syncing to take place from our bank account to our ISP billing system Payment reminders are sent out on the 7th or 8th of the month, with Service suspensions due to late payment occurring from the 9th to the 13th of the month.
