Delivered at No ChargeTerms and Conditions Highlights By completing and submitting this Online Order form, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions Highlights: The REDONCULOUS Fibre Switch Sale pricing is valid for Customers switching/migrating their existing internet service from their current ISP to Krypton Web. Customers will pay only R399 per month for their first 3 months internet service with Krypton Web. After the 3 months discounted monthly service fees period has elapsed, Krypton Web's standard pricing for the Customer's ordered Service Speed will apply Should the Customer's service with Krypton Web start within the last 4 calendar days of any month, the "first month" of the 3 months reduced pricing will be deemed to be starting on the 1st calendar day of the next month. For any other service start dates in the month, that month will be deemed as the “first month” of the 3 months reduced pricing and thereafter 2 more full calendar months will be billed at the reduced pricing Customers must provide Krypton Web with their latest internet service fee invoice as proof of their existing internet service being active; and the Online Order received by Krypton Web must match that address and Customer information. Customers will not be permitted to make any Service Speed downgrades in the first 9 Calendar Months of service. The above Fibre pricing is dependent on coverage and present availability to any address covered by the Octotel Coverage network in the greater Cape Town Metropole area on the Octotel Network Coverage Map and prices and Service Speeds advertised are linked to FNO price and speed changes as applicable On receipt of your Online Order an invoice for the Installation and Activation fee will be raised and emailed to you. Only upon receipt of your Installation and Activation payment will your order be processed with the relevant FNO Any Installation & Activation Fee changes will be confirmed with you based on the determination by the relevant FNO regarding their service being a new installation or an existing/migrating activation for your Installation Address, based on the FNO’s determination thereof Orders received are only valid for 14 days from receipt. Unprocessed Orders, due to non-payment of the Installation and Activation Fee, will expire and a new Online Order will have to be submitted Should you opt to receive our router, it is supplied as free-to-use and remains the property of Krypton Web. Our router is covered by a 12-month warrantee Our router is installed within a 2 meter cable length from the FNO Hardware installed. Any other requested router installation can be arranged at an additional cost to the Customer. For all new FNO hardware installation, the installation must be arranged in full between the FNO's installer and you the Customer. The Service is supplied for the duration of the Contract Term, after which point the Service will continue indefinitely on a month-to-month basis until it is cancelled For installations where the specific FNO hardware (as chosen for by the Customer on the Online Order) first needs to be installed at the Installation Address: Once Krypton Web has processed your order with the relevant FNO, the FNO or representatives of that FNO, will call and/or email you to confirm installation of their equipment at your premises and as well as confirm your choice of Internet Service Provider (Krypton Web). Once the FNO Hardware has been installed at your Installation Address it constitutes a Binding Agreement with Krypton Web. Unprocessed Orders, due to non-payment of the Installation and Activation Fee, will expire and a new Online Order will have to be submitted The Service is supplied for the duration of the Contract Term, after which point the Service will continue indefinitely on a month-to-month basis until it is cancelled In your first month with us, after installation and/or activation of your line by the FNO, an invoice for the billing for Internet Service will be sent to you within two days after activation of the Service, and will be due immediately Payment for Internet Service is due by the 2nd of the month for that Month. ie. on the 2nd of April for the month of April's Internet Service. Invoices are emailed between the 25th and 28th of the month prior to the month being billed eg. by the 27th March for April's service. Kindly be mindful of any delays in Krypton Web receiving your payment such as any bank transfers, weekends & public holidays delays, and one day for syncing to take place from our bank account to our ISP billing system Payment reminders are sent out on the 7th or 8th of the month, with Service suspensions due to late payment occurring from the 9th to the 13th of the month.
